SMS Terms of Service by RSH Associates

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your use of text messaging (“SMS”) communications offered by RSH & Associates, LLC (“RSH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in, consenting to receive, or otherwise using SMS communications from RSH, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these SMS Terms, you must discontinue participation in our SMS program.

RSH may use SMS messages to communicate with consumers, applicants, employees, business contacts, and other individuals with whom RSH interacts. These messages may include:

• Identity verification requests
   
• Account-related information
   
• Payment reminders
   
• Payment confirmations
   
• Required regulatory disclosures
   
• Customer service communications
   
• Security alerts
   
• Updates to our services, policies, or systems
   

SMS messages may be sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system, as permitted by law.

By providing your mobile number to RSH through any channel—including phone, email, web applications, forms, or payment portals—you:

1. Consent to receive SMS messages from RSH at the mobile number provided;
    
2. Represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number; and
    
3. Acknowledge that your consent is not required to receive our services, and you may communicate with us through alternative methods.
    

You may revoke consent at any time (see Section 6).

Message frequency varies based on account activity, compliance requirements, and your interactions with RSH. You may receive multiple messages per month.

RSH does not charge a fee for sending or receiving SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan.

Your mobile carrier:

• Is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
   
• Does not guarantee message availability or timeliness
   
• May apply charges according to your plan
   

Your personal information—including mobile number, interaction data, device information, and identity verification details—may be collected and used in accordance with the RSH & Associates, LLC Privacy Policy.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Verifying your identity
   
• Sending account communications
   
• Providing required regulatory notices
   
• Processing payments
   
• Maintaining the security and integrity of our systems
   
• Complying with federal, state, and local laws
   

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

After you send “STOP,” we will send one confirmation message and cease sending further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

To participate in our SMS program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
   
• Reside in the United States
   
• Provide a valid mobile number
   
• Have the authority to consent on behalf of the number provided
   

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current mobile contact information
   
• Notify RSH if your mobile number changes or is reassigned
   

RSH is not responsible for messages sent to numbers that you provided but no longer control.

SMS delivery may be affected by cellular network availability, device compatibility, and external factors. RSH does not guarantee that SMS messages will be delivered without delay or error.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSH is not liable for:

• Any failure or delay in sending or receiving SMS messages
   
• Any errors in message content
   
• Unauthorized access to your device or messages
   
• Costs associated with your carrier plan
   

RSH may modify these SMS Terms at any time. When updated, changes become effective immediately. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
