I will hold RSH harmless for any breach of my personal information that may occur due to my actions, such as not logging off and leaving my personal information exposed. Furthermore, to ensure RSH can better serve my needs, I consent to be contacted at any of my listed phone numbers through either manual or automated efforts, including voice calls or text messaging. I also consent to receiving email correspondence regarding my account, understanding that personal information may be included in these emails.

SHOULD I WISH TO WITHDRAW CONSENT FROM BEING CONTACTED BY ANY ONE OF THESE METHODS, I UNDERSTAND THAT I NEED TO DO SO BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO CONSUMER@RSHANDASSOCIATESLLC.COM OR CALLING 913-948-6768 OR 866-751-3158 AND SPEAKING WITH A REPRESENTATIVE OR OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES WITH WORDS SUCH AS "STOP", "QUIT" OR "END".

LAWSUITS: Your account may or may not be past the statute of limitations. Each state has a law that limits the time in which you can be sued for an unpaid account/debt. If your account is beyond the statute of limitations, you cannot and will not be sued by RSH and Associates, LLC. If you acknowledge the debt, promise to pay, or make a payment on the debt, the statute of limitations may restart. However, RSH and Associates, LLC will still maintain no intent to sue you to enforce payment of the previously out of statute debt as long as your payments continue.

BAD DEBT REPORTING: For accounts we receive from creditors who allow us to credit report their delinquent accounts, RSH and Associates, LLC will report all eligible accounts to the credit bureaus in accordance with FCRA, FDCPA, CFPB, FTC, and the Credit Bureaus' rules and regulations.

FROM RSH: RSH and Associates, LLC provides this site as a secure payment portal for making online bill payment services. RSH does not charge a fee to pay by credit card, debit card, or ACH. However, our processing company will charge a fee for credit and debit transactions, which is common with many credit and debit transactions wherever they may be used. Paying by credit or debit card, and incurring a fee, is optional. To avoid the processing company's fee, you may continue to pay your debt online by ACH through the RSH Associates payment portal and incur no processing fee. Thank you. RSH charges a $25 NSF fee, or the maximum amount allowed by law, for payments returned or canceled once posted.
