RSH & Associates was founded in 2008, building on over 31 years of industry experience. Since then, the company has evolved while staying true to its core beliefs. In 2026, the second generation took over, bringing with them over 20 years of expertise in service management, IT infrastructure, legal, and compliance.  Our goal has always been to provide a personalized yet modern approach to revenue recovery, ensuring that we help our clients recover accounts receivable while preserving their valuable client relationships.

RSH offers a Tiered Recovery Fee model, unlike that of traditional agencies. This structure rewards clients who perform appropriate due diligence and place accounts in a manner that supports optimal recovery outcomes. The result is a fair, transparent fee structure that aligns incentives and delivers meaningful value to our clients.

Our relationship with each new client begins with strategy. Upon onboarding, RSH provides guidance and proven techniques designed to strengthen internal recovery efforts and position accounts for maximum success once placed with our firm.

RSH’s Relationship Collection Process is designed to protect the integrity of your customer relationships. Our representatives work directly with your customers to present reasonable, compliant options for resolving outstanding obligations. These interactions are handled professionally and respectfully, often without damaging the underlying relationship—or, when appropriate, without impacting credit at all.

For accounts where voluntary resolution is not possible, RSH can escalate collection efforts to a legal status only with your prior authorization. All legal actions are handled exclusively through our retained attorney, and no account proceeds to legal action without your explicit final approval.
